A Massachusetts surgical instrumentation company selected Micro Air® equipment to completely update an interior inefficient open bag style system. The customer's stainless steel buffing and grinding processes dictated the use of two separate cartridge collectors to meet OSHA's hexavalent chromium regulations. With the addition of HEPA after filters and the proper explosion prevention components such as explosion panels, abort gates, etc. the customer was able to return 100%25 of the air to the building for drastic energy savings and rebates.
